As promised here’s the second part of my Very Big Shopping Haul! (For part one see here).
The Boots Haul
As Soap & Glory had various offers on, I purchased several of their bath products.
Soap & Glory Sugar Crush Shower Jelly and Clean On Me Shower Jelly
Following on from my last shopping haul post, I’ve purchased yet more delicious smelling body washes. These two shower jellies have just come out and make a change from the usual shower gels that I use. The Sugar Crush jelly smells wonderfully zingy and fresh and Clean On Me has a rose and bergamot scent. The texture of these is really unusual, so I’m looking forward to giving them a try.
Soap & Glory Calm One Calm All Bubble Bath
I’ve never tried any of Soap & Glory’s bubble baths, but as this one was described as having notes of strawberry, mandarin, musk and vanilla, it drew me in. This bubble bath also has a body lotion built in, which is great for the days when you don’t want to moisturise. I haven’t tried this out yet, but from smelling it in the bottle, it smells similar to the Clean On Me products.
Soap & Glory Sugar Crush Body Wash and Orangeasm Body Wash
I bought two more body washes that I’ve also never tried before. The first is Sugar Crush, which just as the shower jelly I mentioned above, has a fresh lime scent. The Orangeasm I got as I saw it described in reviews as having a fresh and very natural orange scent. From testing Orangeasm on my hand I’m not impressed, as it has more of a floral, lavender scent, but I’ll do a post once I’ve tried this properly.
Beautyblender
I’ve finally purchased the real Beautyblender! I’ve been using Real Techniques face sponges which I find work well, but as the Beautyblender has been raved about so much, I had to get it so I can see for myself. I have to say that I was a bit surprised by just how small the sponge is given the price, but I know it expands well with water, so I’m hoping it’s worth the money.
Lanolips Lemonaid Lip Treatment
I mention Lanolips all the time as it’s my favourite lip balm and in particular I like the Lemonaid Lip Treatment. Not only does it moisturise lips, but the lemon oil in the product naturally exfoliates lips.
Max Factor Creme Puff Blush in 05 Lovely Pink
I first saw this cute little blush pot mentioned in a Zoella video. It looks and swatches like an incredibly light pink, but it adds a healthy, gorgeous glow to skin.
Maybelline The Eraser Eye Concealer
This under eye concealer has been so hyped up that I had to give it a try myself. The reason I held off buying this for so long, is that I tried the foundation Maybelline did a while back, which was essentially a bigger version of this with the sponge applicator. Needless to say I hated it, but I’m hoping I get on better with this.
Maybelline Master Brow Pro Palette, Maybelline Brow Satin and Maybelline Brow Drama Pomade Crayon
I went on a bit of a brow buying spree in Boots and picked up three new Maybelline brow products, as they had offers on at the time. I got the Master Brow Pro Palette, which has a gel, powder and highlighter in the set. I also got Brow Satin, which has a super thin crayon one end and a powder the other, and finally the Brow Drama Crayon, which is a chunky brow crayon.
Sleek Brow Kit
The final brow product and item I got in Boots is Sleek’s Brow Kit. This set reminds me of Benefit’s Brow Zing and just like it, it has a gel and powder, as well as two mini brow brushes and tweezers. I’ve been using this kit in the shade Light and so far I’ve been impressed.
The Debenhams Haul
Urban Decay Revolution Lipstick in the shade Naked
I bought this lipstick just before Urban Decay released their hundred shade collection and changed all the lip products up. I chose the shade Naked, as it looks like a subtle lip colour to go with bolder eyeshadow. As I don’t suit brown nudes, I got Naked rather the Naked 2, as this is a pink nude colour.
Laura Geller Baked Blush-N-Brighten in the shade Tropic Hues
I’ve been really keen to try one of these Laura Geller blushes for a while as the shades and baked style of these blushers are gorgeous. After a long time deliberating on what colour to buy, I opted for Tropic Hues. It’s a perfect mix of peach, orange and pink and looks such a summery, beautiful shade that I can’t wait to use it.
Laura Geller The Wearables Baked Eyeshadows
As well as being keen to try a Laura Geller blush, her eyeshadow sets have also been on my to-buy list. I got the Wearables set, which contains five baked, everyday shades. The eyeshadows come in a slim line palette, which includes a mirror and a double ended brush.
OPI Kiss Me on My Tulips
Whenever I go to a spa, they paint my nails using OPI nail polishes. Despite loving the gorgeous pink shades they use on my nails, I had no OPI nail polishes in my collection. I had to change this, so I bought this pretty pink colour that I think will be ideal for summer.
Mac Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Painterly
I got this long wearing eyeshadow to use as a primer for other eyeshadows. Painterly is a peachy beige shade that neutralises darkness across my eyelids and is also meant to be a fantastic primer for brightening eyeshadows and keeping them in place, which is why I bought this neutral colour.
The Body Shop Haul
Pinita Colada Shower Gel
In my recent Body Shop Haul, I purchased the Pinita Colada gift set, which I’ve yet to use. Despite this, I purchased the full sized shower gel as I’m obsessed with all things fruity and summery at the minute, and this smells amazing.
Coconut Shower Cream
I love the Body Shop’s shower gels and creams and this coconut one is such a classic scent. I picked this up as it smells tropical and summery.
Coconut Eau De Toilette
Another summery, fruity purchase! I’ve never tried a body spray or perfume from the Body Shop, but as there was discounts on, I decided to add this to my basket and give it a try. It is a teeny 30ml sized bottle, but it was affordable and it’s a great size if I choose to take it away with me.
Camomile Cleansing Butter
I have heard so many great things about this cleanser, how gentle it is and that it’s amazing at removing makeup. Despite being lazy and often using face wipes, I’m keen to try out more skin friendly cleansers.
The Sainsburys Haul
Red Sun Dress
Summer clothes this year in the UK have been as disappointing as the weather, so I was surprised and delighted to find a couple of gems in Sainsburys. I picked up this lightweight, cotton sun dress, which is a gorgeous red shade and almost knee length so it’s comfortable to wear.
Black Gold Disc Flat Sandals
I’ve been searching for a new pair of comfortable black sandals and so I got these. I love the gold detailing at the front of the sandals which adds a touch of elegance. Despite these being flat, I think these could be worn day or night, as they’re still reasonably dressy sandals due to the detailing.
So that’s my shopping haul complete. Let me know which bits you loved.
Great haul! And, the dress looks lovely. 🙂

It is. We may not have summery weather still, but I love all the fruity shower gels and scents at the moment☺ I love the dress too. Nice and lightweight material and a bright colour for the warmer days. If you are ever in the UK you will have a lot of fun shopping. I think you would end up with a big stash of goodies. So many pretty and exciting new makeup bits for you to try! I’ve heard so many good things about that Max Factor blush and those Laura Geller baked products look lovely too! The Urban Decay lipstick and OPI polish sound amazing – I can’t wait to see you wearing them! I’m interested to hear your thoughts on the Beauty Blender and how it compares to other sponges you’ve tried xx

I know, I don’t know where to start first☺ I’ve tried the blush a couple of times and so far I’ve been impressed. I can’t wait to give the Laura Geller bits a try too. I’ll do a post on the nail polish and lipstick once I’ve tried them☺ Yes definitely. I’ve tried the Real Techniques sponge which is popular, so I’ll let you know how the Beauty Blender complares xx

I’m sure the blush applies even more beautifully than it looks 🙂 this might seem like a silly question but how do pick what to try first, especially when there’s so much to choose from haha? xx

It really does. For such a light shade it gives a pretty glow☺ Haha well it’s tough. I see what my mood is on the day and pick to suit it. So I’ve tried the Coconut EDT as I fancied using something that smelt summery. The weathers warmer so I chose to try the blush too. It’s sometimes hard to choose when I can’t wait to try it all. Palettes I save for when I know I have more time to experiment with them☺ xx

You weren’t kidding about a big haul were you haha!! Hauls are mt fave posts to read, i feel like im shopping vicariously through you! I have the S&G shower jellies and they are SO good, I actually prefer them to the original because they’re super foamy and the texture is weird but really nice. And that Sugar Crush scent though! 😍
Also the beauty blender will change your life I was a little skeptical but I’m converted now xo

Haha I wasn’t😂 I love hauls too. Although it usually inspires me to buy more. I’ve only tried the shower jellies on my hand but they felt nice but weird. Sugar Crush smells great, I’m not sure why I’ve never tried it before! I only held off buying as I thought it was expensive for a small sponge, but as I know it’s meant to great, I knew I’d get it eventually☺ x

The Beauty Blender is really nice – I think you’ll like it a lot… as for if it’s worth the money, eh, I think it’s really overpriced for what it is! But if you care for it, the sponge will last a long time. (Tip: use dish washing gloves when washing it so your nails don’t dig into it causing tears)
Oh that Max Factor blush looks gorgeous! I can see why it was recommended.
That Maybelline concealer is one of my favourites for the under eye area. It doesn’t compare at all to the corresponding foundation.
MAC Paints Pots are my favourite eye shadow base – Painterly is a perfect nude for any eye look!
I’m patiently waiting for the Body Shop here to launch their Pina Colada collection here – they won’t be available until July!
Whew, that was a lot of stuff you got!

Haha definitely overpriced for a sponge, so hopefully I’ll like it. Good tip as I’ve ruined my Real Techniques one with my nails. The blush is really pretty, it gives such a soft natural glow.
I’ve tried the Maybelline concealer a few times and so far I like it. The foundation was really greasy, so even though I knew the concealer would be different, it put me off for a while haha. Painterly is really nice used alone. It just brightens my eyes up so much.
Oh really? At least you haven’t got too much longer to wait. Haha it was a lot of stuff x
