In Mid-October it was mine and my partner’s fourth anniversary. We spent a long weekend in Brighton and exchanged lots of wonderful gifts. So here’s what I got.
As I’ve mentioned before, I love receiving cards and tend to keep them. This one is simplistic and pretty, with small gemstone details.
Spectrum The Bomb Shell Brush Set
Since the start of the year, I’ve really wanted a good set of brushes from either Spectrum or Zoeva and now I finally do! This set is the latest release and I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it. With a gorgeous holographic clam shell case and twelve brushes, I can’t wait to use this.
Spectrum Cute Little Oyster Roll
This brush holder is from the same range as the set above and is a great, slimline case to store my brushes in for when I’m travelling.
YSL Vinyl Cream Lip Stains in 407 & 412
These cream lip stains are incredibly glossy and shiny. 407 is a dusky brown pink, whereas 412 is a warm coral pink. Both colours are so beautiful, I’m excited to try them.
Lush Snow Fairy Shower Gel & Snow Fairy Body Conditioner
Snow Fairy is my favourite ever scent from Lush, so I’m happy it’s that time of year where it’s back out.
I asked for a small Snow Fairy Shower Gel, as I’m getting a huge 1kg bottle for Christmas, but I still need a little bit of Snow Fairy in my life until then. I also got the in-shower Body Conditioner, which smells great and is quick and easy to use.
Lush Sparkly Pumpkin Bubble Bar
As our anniversary was before Halloween, I asked for this pretty Bubble Bar. Not only did it bubble up nicely, but the scent contained sweet and warming notes of lime and grapefruit.
Lush Butterball Bath Bomb & Butterball Shower Gel
Butterball has a soft vanilla and chocolate scent. As Butterball products contain cocoa butter, both the bath bomb and shower gel are gentle and moisturising. The shower gel is only featured on Lush’s Kitchen part of the website, where it’s sold every so often.
The Body Shop Pinita Colada & British Rose Shower Gels
Pinita Colada was The Body Shop’s limited edition summer range, so my partner picked me up two more of the shower gels before they were gone. He also got me the wonderful smelling British Rose shower gel, as I’ve never tried it before.
The Body Shop British Rose Fresh Plumping Face Mask
I tried a sample of this face mask and loved it, so I’m super happy to have the full sized product. It has a fresh and natural rose scent and works to plumpen and brighten up skin.
Zoella Lip Balm Duo
I got a few bits from Zoella’s Christmas range, the first being this Lip Balm Duo. Not only is the packaging of the lip balms cute but the product itself is really good. The sheer balm is vanilla scented, whilst the shimmer balm smells of gingerbread.
Zoella Snap Fizz Relax Bath Fizzers
The next Christmas themed item is these bath fizzers that are shaped like cute little gingerbread men. They smell of gingerbread and vanilla and are surprisingly moisturising.
Zoella Deck the Baubles Bubble Bath
Another Christmas item! This bubble bath not only comes in a very festive bauble but it smells great too! As with all of the Christmas range, it smells of gingerbread and vanilla.
Zoella Hungry Hands Hand Cream
The final Christmas item I got is this hand cream. My hands are sore and dry at the moment, so this will be super useful and again it smells amazing.
Zoella Gingerbread Village Candle
This candle is from Zoella’s new lifestyle range and despite there being a range of scents, I opted for gingerbread. This is a simple and elegant looking candle, where the gingerbread scent is perfect, not too spicy and not too sweet.
Zoella Gingerbread Village Reed Diffuser
The final Zoella item is again from her lifestyle range and is gingerbread scented. This is the first diffuser I’ve ever owned, so I can’t wait to try it out.
I don’t go into Primark very often, but as soon as I saw this bag, I knew I had to have it. It’s a bit smaller than what I usually go for, but it’s still a good size with a cute pom pom detail.
Me Before You DVD
I really wanted to see this film at the cinema but never got around to it. However, the good thing about not seeing it at the cinema, is that I’ve had time to read the book first before I watch this DVD.
Organic Chocolate Buttons
We picked these up in Infinity Foods in Brighton as I love chocolate buttons and this has a nice mix of white, dark and milk chocolate.
Choccywoccydoodah Chocolate Popcorn Lolly
This chocolate popcorn lolly is another gift that my partner picked up for me whilst we was in Brighton. Choccywoccydoodah is a well known chocolate shop and this lolly doesn’t disappoint.
So that’s my Anniversary Gift Haul complete. Let me know what bits you love.
