On our fourth day in Tenerife we started our day with breakfast.
Lots of pastries for me.
Before getting picked up to go on a whale and dolphin watching tour. We used the company Roulette Charters and I would highly recommend them.
Not only did we go on a great boat, with a downstairs area and bathroom, but our guide/driver Salvador kept us topped up with drinks and snacks.
On the three hour tour we saw pilot whales.
An African turtle, which Salvador said was special as he’d not seen one in months.
And my favourite, spotted dolphins!
Dolphins love boats, so they frolicked around us playfully and jumped into the air.
It was a really special and amazing tour. Photos don’t do the experience justice, as it was hard to take a steady picture but seeing these animals in there natural habitat was lovely to see.
After a great start to the day, we headed to Playa de las Vistas.
Las Vistas is a large, sandy beach in the area of Los Cristianos.
After catching some sun, we ate at a nearby restaurant called Chill Out.
We started with a sharing platter of vegetable paella and a side of garlic roasted potatoes.
Both were super delicious.
Followed by a salted caramel and Oreo cheesecake for dessert, with an interesting bowl of liquid nitrogen for decoration.
We also had some icy cocktails and I was really impressed by Chill Out. It had a cool, relaxed atmosphere and great food.
After dinner we wandered around Los Cristianos and admired the street art.
We watched people creating huge bubbles in the street.
Before taking an evening stroll along the beach.
After an amazing day, we got a taxi back to our hotel, ready for day five.
What a scrumptious way to start your day! Those pastries look amazing! Oh my gosh I love whale (dolphin ;p) watches! One of my favorite things to do! And your pictures are gorgeous! That is so cool you saw so many different kinds of animals! So fun! Chill out seems ah-may-zing! Seriously drooling over all that food! Especially the oreo cheesecake and those drinks! What an amazing day you had! ❤

The pastries were so good. I had some every day for breakfast😊 I’ve never done one but I loved it! It’s so nice seeing them wild, I’d love to do another one. Chill Out was next to the beach and lived up to its name. It had such a nice atmosphere and the food and drink was great😊 Thank you hun, it was a great day xx

Hehe look at all those pastries! 😀 A girl after my own heart! ❤
I love turtles! They're my favourite – the bigger the better. So neat you saw one in the wild! I've never done a whale / dolphin watching boat before – I've always wanted to do one.
That cheesecake with the liquid nitrogen is so fancy – I hope they made sure you knew not to try to EAT that bowl of liquid nitrogen. 😉
Wow the street art is incredible. We don't have anything so intricate here… just graffiti. 😛

Haha I love pastries. I make the most of a holiday but eating a tonne of them😊 Me neither! I’d never seen a dolphin, whales or a turtle in the wild only seals. I loved it, it went super fast! I’m sure you’d love it, it’s really special seeing them in the wild😊 Haha they did tell us. Although my partner still tried to stick his spoon into it! I said didn’t you hear what the woman just said😂 The street art was really pretty. Suited to the day too as it shows whales, dolphins and turtles😊 Haha London’s a mix. Graffiti and a few nice, creative bits in Brick Lane xx

Okay first and foremost those donuts, ahhh I would gobble those up and take some with me to go lolol How awesome that you were able to go dolphin watching. It’s so cool that even though they’re technically out in the ‘wild’ they’re still so fun and playful. I haven’t had the chance to do that but some of my friends have and they say that they are so entertaining. I’ve always dreamed of swimming with them but at the same time I think I’d be scared haha Such a fun little adventure you had!

Haha girl I ate doughnuts then went back up for more everyday😂 They was so good. I love dolphins and the ones were saw weren’t native ones, they were from African waters. They are super playful and fun even though they’re wild😊 Haha it’d be amazing to swim with them xx
