A bit of a belated post as the last month has just flown-by, but in June I discovered a lot of new favourites. So here’s a look at what I loved.
A Day at Hopefield Animal Sanctuary & Watching Grease at an Outdoor Cinema
Last month we visited Hopefield Animal Sanctuary, which is a not for profit organisation that rescues mistreated or unwanted animals. The volunteers do some amazing work and it was really heart warming to see the animals in a safe and happy home.
We also went to our first outdoor cinema event, which was a lot of fun!
Day Out at London Zoo & Dinner at Inamo Camden
We hadn’t been to London Zoo in five years, so we really enjoyed seeing the animals and wandering around. London Zoo is one of the best I’ve been to and they do a lot of great conservation work.
Afterwards we tried an eight course taster menu at Inamo, which was amazing! I definitely want to return soon.
Holiday to Barbados
We went on holiday to Barbados and absolutely loved it! Not only was it stunning, but we loved the culture, the people and the lifestyle.
For Barbados I had some holiday nails done! I love how bright, summery and tropical they turned out, perfect for the Caribbean.
ASOS Tassle Bikini
I bought and tried on a lot of bikinis from ASOS, but this was the one I loved. It comes with high waisted bottoms and I like that it’s flattering and summery.
Yellow Flower Print Primark Dress & Emily and Fin San Jose Print Shirt Dress
I usually shy away from bright clothing, but this summer I have loved any bold prints. The yellow dress I picked up from Primark is affordable, comfortable and a nice casual dress.
Emily and Fin is a pricier brand, but their clothes are great quality and they sell some gorgeous dresses, so I decided to treat myself to this quirky boat print one.
Asda Printed Trousers
I usually wear the same style harem bottoms, but I got these printed ones and they’re super comfortable, lightweight and floaty.
So that’s all of my June favourites. Let me know what you’ve been loving lately.
